Clearwire Prices IPO

Kirkland, Washington-based Clearwire priced its IPO this morning, saying that it will offer 24,000,000 shares of the firm's Class A common stock at $25.00 per share. The firm will trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "CLWR". The price makes the firm's IPO worth $600M.
