Kirkland, Washington-based Clearwire has yanked its IPO. The firm has filed a withdrawal of its IPO. Clearwire had filed for an IPO in May, however just announced a $900M venture capital investment round from Intel and Motorola yesterday. Clearwire had filed to raise as much as $400M in an IPO. The company did not give any further details on the withdrawal in its filing. Clearwire is headed by Craig McCaw.
