Cloudvox Acquired By Ifbyphone

Seattle-based Cloudvox, a developer of telephony software applications, has been acquired by Chicago's Ifbypnone, the firms said Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. A regulatory filing Tuesday by Ifbyphone indicates that it raised around $1.2M in debt funding this week, although it was unclear if the funding was related to the Cloudvox acquisition.
