Coinstar Loses Redbox Head

Bellevue-based Coinstar said last night that Mitch Lowe, the President of the firm's Redbox video rental subsidiary, has resigned. The firm said Lowe has resigned to "pursue entrepreneurial and other interests." The company said that it has launched an external search for a new President. Lowe has been at Redbox since 2003.
