Complaints.com Gets Angel Investment

Bellevue, Washington-based Complaints.com, a web site that allows consumers to complain about companies and send them feedback, said today that the firm has scored an angel investment from Rob Monster. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. According to Complaints.com, Monster joins the firm's board of directors as Chairman. Complaints.com said it has re-launched its web site, saying that it has upgraded the site to now include company profiles, and to allow companies to get email and voice message notifications when complaints are added.
