    Concur Buys Outtask For As Much As $124M


    Redmond-based Concur Technologies, a provider of expense management and business services, announced today that it has acquired Outtask, a online corporate travel management service. The deal is worth approximately $24M to $36M in cash and $67 to $88M in stock. Concur said that it will use the acquisition to strengthen its market leadership, and that it would integrate travel management into its on-demand services.
