Concur Buys Travel, Expense Analytics Companies

Bellevue-based Concur is expanding out its travel and expense management tools today, with the acquisition of two companies, GDSX and TRX. According to Concur, the two products are aimed at mid-office and data analytics, and will help enhance its existing services. Financial details of the acquisitions were not announced. GDSX is a provider of cloud-based tools for mid-office automation and pre-trip authorization; TRX is a provider of analytics and travel management tools.
