Concur Completes TripIt Buy

Redmond-based Concur, the developer of travel and expense management software, said this week that it has completed its acquisition of TripIt, a Silicon Valley firm developing mobile expense and travel management software. The deal was worth $82M in cash upfront, and up to $120M in total after earnout. TripIt was backed by Azure Capital Partners, European Founders Fund, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, and Sabre Holdings.
