Context Relevant Gets $1.5M, Inks Deal With Concur

Seattle-based big data software developer Context Relevant said today that it has raised $1.5M in seed funding, from Madrona Venture Group and individuals, as well as entered into a deal with Concur. Context Relevant, which is headed by Stephen Purpura, said it has entered into a long-term agreement to provide its analytics software and services to travel and expense management software firm Concur. Financial detail sof that link with Concur were not announced. Concur is using Context Relevant's software to help its customers reduce expenses, identify expense anomalies, and also for personalization efforts.
