Cozi Raises $3.0M

Seattle-based Cozi, the developer of a family calendaring service headed by Robbie Cape, has raised $3.0M, part of an ongoing $4.3M fundraising effort by the company, according to a regulatory filing by the firm yesterday. Source of the funding was not disclosed. Cozi operates a service which helps families coordinate their schedules, which runs on Android, iPhone, and BlackBerry phones. More information »
