Cray Completes Interconnect Hardware Sale

Seattle-based Cray announced Wednesday that it has completed the sale of its interconnect hardware development program and intellectual property to Intel. The deal was worth $140M in cash. Cray had announced the deal to sell the unit on April 24th.
