    Cray Opens New Engineering Development Center In Texas


    Seattle-based Cray Inc said yesterday that it has opened a new engineering development center in Austin, Texas. Cray, which develops supercomputers, said that its new office will focus on developing boards and custom ASICs for Cray's high-end custom supercomputers, along with supporting future software development. The new development center comes in addition to existing facilities in Seattle, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
