Crowd Supply Gets $585K

Portland-based Crowd Supply, an online crowdfunding marketplace focused on projects developed by engineers and designers, disclosed last week that it has raised $585,000 in a seed funding round. The funding came from Portland Seed Fund, SOSVentures, and Inspiration Ventures. Crowd Supply's founders include Josh Lifton (Puppet Labs), Scott Torborg (Cart Logic), Lou Doctor, and Erik Strom.
