Portland-based CrowdCompass, which develops mobile applications for conferences and events, has been acquired by Cvent, Cvent said Tuesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The acquisition comes only seven months after CrowdCompass raised a $1.3M angel round from the Alliance of Angels and Oregon Angel Fund. CrowdCompass said that the acquisition would not affect its current customers.
