CSG Openline Completes BlueRoads Buy

Redmond, Wash.-based CSG Openline announced Wednesday that it finalized its acquisition of BlueRoads Corp. a week ago. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. According to CSG, the merger creates a sales and marketing solutions provider that is focused exclusively on large manufacturers of technology products and services sold through reseller channels. CSG added that the transaction also blends BlueRoads' software expertise—specifically its software-as-a-service platform—with CSG's sales and marketing capabilities. CSG noted that Jay C. Leon will remain CSG’s chief executive officer and that Charles Watson will continue as vice president of BlueRoads' sales and marketing. BlueRoads is headquartered in San Mateo, Calif.
