CUI Global Gets $10M In PIPE

Publicly held, Tualatin, Oregon-based CUI Global, a developer of power supplies and other products for the telecom and networking market, as well as products for the energy market, said today that it has raised $10M in an equity funding round. Source of the new capital was not disclosed. The firm said it raised the equity funding via Merriman Capital Inc. and London advisor Prosdocimi Ltd. The firm said the funding will go towards working capital, to pay down corporate debt, and bring new products to marketplace.
