CXOware Gets $1.15M

Spokane-based CXOware, a developer of enterprise risk management and security software, has raised $1.15M in an equity funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. Details on the funding have not been announced by the company. CXOware is headed by Steven Tabacek. Angels Chip Overstreet and Brooke Paul indicate they are investors in CXOware. (Editor's note: CXOware says that its primary investor is Mr. Henry Beker, with minor investments from Seattle Alliance of Angels and the Spokane Angel Alliance, and that Overstreet and Paul are not named investors in the firm).
