Daptiv Acquired By ChangePoint

Seattle-bsaed Daptiv, which develops software-as-a-service products for project portfolio management, has been acquired by ChangePoint, a Canadian software company, the companies said Thursday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ChangePoint said the companies will continue to support both Daptiv and ChangePoint's existing product lines. The companies did not say how the buy will affect Daptiv's Seattle operations. Daptiv was venture backed by Bay Partners, Genevest, Kennet Venture Partners, and Silicon Valley Bank, and had raised somewhere north of $27M in funding.
