Decide Acquired By eBay

Seattle-based Decide, the developer of software for helping consumers to determine when, or if, they ought to buy consumer electronics by closely tracking online prices--has been acquired by eBay. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the company. Decide, which is headed by Mike Fridgen, said it will be applying its technology and predictive analytics software to help out eBay sellers. As part of the acquisition, Decide.com will move to eBay's new Seattle area offices. Decide.com was venture backed by Vulcan Capital, Maveron and Madrona Venture Group.
