Delivered Dish Acquired By GrubHub

Portland-based Delivered Dish, a provider of restaurant delivery services in Denver, Las Vegas, San Diego, Portland, El Paso and Albuquerque, has been acquired by GrubHub, GrubHub said Monday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. GrubHub said it will use the buy to expand its service into new markets. Delivered Dish launched its services in June of 2014.
