DeliverySlip Acquired For $14M

Vancouver, Washington-based email encryption and e-signature service, DeliverySlip, has been acquired by email security software developer Zix for $14M. Zix announced this morning that it has acquired Cirius Messaging, the parent firm of DeliverySlip, in a deal that will be paid out in "various stages" between closing and October of 2020. DeliverySlip provides email encryption, e-signature, and secure file sharing services. Zix explained the acquisitino will help it add large file transfer capabilities to its existing email security suite. Zix is based in Dallas, Texas.
