    Delve Courts Maven Networks Customers

Seattle-based Delve Networks, the venture backed provider of hosted video publishing services, is courting former customers of Maven Networks, which was acquired by Yahoo last year, and is reportedly in the process of being shut down. According to Delve, it is offering a program to ensure that Maven Networks customers can continue to offer their video content to their customers, and will offer a complimentary assessment to Maven Networks' customers of their video assets, plus will waive encoding and transition fees to those customers. Yahoo acquired Maven for $160M in February of 2008.
