    Delve Partners With PLYmedia

Seattle-based Delve Networks has signed a partnership with PLYmedia, a provider of web video technology, the firm said this week. Delve Networks -- formerly Pluggd -- said that the two have teamed to integrate PLYmedia's services and tools into Delve's web video platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. PLYmedia's tools include subtitling, close captions, sign language, and voice overs to videos. Delve provides video publishing tools and hosting, and is venture backed by DFJ Frontier, Intel Capital, and Labrador Ventures.
