DepotPoint Scores $7M

Seattle-based DepotPoint said Monday that it has raised $7M in an equity financing round, led by OVP Venture Partners. The firm, which develops technology for the real estate market, said that prior investor Trident Capital also participated in the funding. DepotPoint's software is used to manage the foreclosure process; the firm also runs ForeclosurePoint.com, an online marketplace for forclosed properties. Mark Ashida of OVP Venture Partners joins the firm's board with the funding. More information »
