Digideal Gets Investment From IGT

Spokane Valley, Washington-based Digideal, a firm developing products for the gaming industry, is receiving an investment from International Game Technology, according to IGT. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. IGT said that the investment will give it access to Digideal's intellectual property portfolio, a five-year term of exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights for Digideal products, and an option to acquire Digideal within five years. Digideal develops electronic table game platforms for the casino gaming industry, including poker, blackjack, and other casino games.
