DocuSign Acquires IP Rights, Employees From Appuri

DocuSign has acquired the IP rights and a "majority" of the employees from Seattle-based Appuri, DocuSign said on Tuesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. DocuSign had been working with Appuri on a pilot project around machine learning and data. Appuri was venture backed by such investors as Divergent Capital Partners, Baseline Ventures, Vulcan Capital, and TDF Ventures.
