DocuSign Raising $100M, Looks To Enter $1 Billion Valuation Club, Says Report

Seattle-based DocuSign is in the process of raising a huge, $100M funding round, according to a report Thursday, which would add the company to the ranks of the billion dollar valuation club. The WSJ report--citing people "familiar with the matter"--said that the new funding would value DocuSign as high as $1.5 billion. DocuSign has been rumored to be prepping an IPO for the last few months. DocuSign is backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Accel Partners, Comcast Ventures, SAP Ventures, salesforce.com, the National Association of REALTORS, Sigma+Partners, Scale Venture Partners, Frazier Technology Ventures, Ignition Partners, Second Century Ventures, and WestRiver Capital LLC.
