Drifter Entertainment Raises $2.25M For VR Games

Seattle-based Drifter Entertainment, a startup developing virtual reality, e-sports games, announced today that it has raised $2.25M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by Signia Venture Partners and also included Initialized Capital. Signia's Sunny Shillon joins the company's board with the funding. Drifter was founded by Ray Davis (former GM of Epic Games, on Gears of War 1 and 2, as well as Unreal Engine 4); Kenneth Scott (former VR creation at Oculus); and Brian Murphy (former creative director at Microsoft Studios).
