Drugstore.com Completes Acquisition of SkinStore.com

Bellevue-based Drugstore.com said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of Salu, the firm which operates online beauty site SkinStore.com. Drugstore.com had originally announced the buy on December 28th. The deal was worth $36M in a combination of cash and stock.
