Bellevue, Washington-based Drugstore.com has shuffled its board of directors, saying Thursday that it has appointed Richard W. Bennet III and Geoffrey R. Entress to its board of directors. Dan Levitan, and G. Charles Roy, 3rd have resigned. Bennet is President and CEO of Direct Holdings Worldwide. Entress is a Principal at Madrona Venture Group. Drugstore.com is an online health, beauty, and pharmacy retailer.
