Eden Rock Acquired By Nokia

Bothell, Washingto-based Eden Rock Communications, a developer of Self Organizing Network (SON) products for the telecom industry, has been acquired by Nokia Networks. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. The two said the buy will help Nokia expand its expertise in Self Organizing Networks (SON). SON is a technique being used in 3G and other, mobile networks.
