EED Names FileNet's McCann President, CEO

Electronic Evidence Discovery Inc., a provider of e-discovery software and services, reported Tuesday that it has hired David McCann as its president and chief executive officer. Previously, McCann served as senior vice president of products for FileNet, an IBM company, EED said. The company added that founder and former CEO John Jessen has been appointed chairman of the board and will pursue expansion strategies. Founded in 1987, Electronic Evidence Discovery is headquartered in Kirkland, Washington. Short for electronic discovery, e-discovery is used by the legal industry for dealing with electronic and digital evidence and information.
