Entellium, a Seattle-based publisher of on-demand customer relationship management software, reported Wednesday that it has hired Paul Graves to lead its newly created Customer Experience Design unit. As vice president of customer experience design, Graves will focus on creating positive experiences for customers from every organizational touch point. Entellium described Graves as a 20-year veteran of the public, private and non-profit sectors. His previous clients include: Toyota/Lexus, Volkswagen, Lexmark, Bosch, Virgin Atlantic, Gideons International, Spring Harvest and World Vision.
