ESI Completes Topwin Optoelectronics Buy

Portland-based Electro Scientific Industries said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Chinese company Topwin Optoelectronics. Financial terms of the buy have not been announced. The deal had been announced in November. Topwin Electroncis is based in Wuhan, China, and provides laser design and manufacturing systems.
