Essential Building Technologies Acquired By Subelt Controls

Vancouver, Washington-based Essential Building Technologies, a contractor providing environmental control and automation, has been acquired by Sunbelt Controls, the two said today. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. The two provide building automation installation and maintenance.
