Esterline Completes CMC Electronics Buy

Bellevue, Washington-based Esterline Corporation announced Wednesday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of CMC Electronics. The deal was worth approximately $335M in cash. CMC is a manufacturer of electronic products for the aerospace and defense avionics industry. The deal grows Esterline to over 9,000 employees. Esterline was advised by Bear Stearns in the deal; CMC was advised by Jeffries Quarterdeck.
