Bellevue-based online travel operator Expedia said this morning that it has launched an upgrade, hotel and reservations systems called Expedia Connect 2. According to the firm, the new system helps provide accurate pricing and availability data on its Expedia-brand and Hotels.com booking sites, which allows hotels and reservation systems provider to design, build, and deploy standardized interfaces to connect with the firm.
