Expedia Loses CFO

Bellevue-based Expedia said Thursday that its chief financial officer, Michael Adler, has decided to leave the firm. Expedia did not give any details on Adler's departure, however, said that Adler will remain with the company during a transition period, which includes the completion of its spinoff of TripAdvisor. The firm has installed Mark Okerstrom as the new CFO. Okerstrom is currently the firm's Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. He has been at the firm since 2006, having joined the company from Bain & Company.
