Bellevue-based online travel agency Expedia.com said Thursday that it has hit the one year anniversary of the launch of its own, travel rewards program, Expedia Rewards. The program allows members to earn points on hotels, flights, resorts, and vacations they book on the site. According to the firm, its customers earned 4.3 billion points in the last year, with one of its members amassing a stunning 940,000 points. Similar to other loyalty awards, members can redeem those points for travel, hotels, and other awards. Expedia says it now has more than 3.7 million members in its rewards program.
