Expedia's TripAdvisor Buys EveryTrail

TripAdvisor, the travel opinions and ratings site owned by Bellevue-based Expedia, said Thursday that it has acquired EveryTrail, a developer of mobile outdoor tours and city guides for mobile devices. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. TripAdvisor said the acquisition would complement its travel reviews and opinions.
