F5 Founder Hussey Joins Tempered Networks

Jeff Hussey, the founder of F5 Networks, has taken the helm of Seattle-based Tempered Networks, the company said this morning, as part of a relaunch of the company. Tempered Networks--which was previously known as Asguard Networks--said that Hussey becomes President and CEO of the company. Hussey led a $2M in seed funding in Tempered Networks in 2014. The company also said it is in the mist of raising $4M more in funding this year. Tempered Networks is developing secure communications products to help industrial companies moving to use the Internet in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and utility market.
