F5 Supports Boston Marathon

F5 Networks, a supplier of networking hardware, said today that it has donated its equipment and services to build the infrastructure supporting the Boston Marathon's web site. The Seattle-based firm said that its products will be used to deliver up-to-the-minute race results to spectators and media. F5 Networks provides web application management products used for caching and network offload of IP traffic.
