FEI Adds Another Director

Hillsboro-based FEI Company, which manufactures high resolution imaging and analysis products, said Friday that it has added Richard H. Wills to the firm's board of directors. Wills was most recently Chairman, President, and CEO of Tektronix. According to the firm, the company now has 11 board members. FEI is a manufacturer of scanning electronic microscopes and related hardware, used heavily in the semiconductor, life science, and other industries.
