FinAnalytica Gets $5M

Seattle-absed FinAnalytica, which develops risk management and portfolio analytics tools for the financial industry, said earlier this week that it raised $5.0M in a funding round from New Europe Venture Equity. The firm said the funding will help it to substantially expand sales and marketing internationally, as well as for new product development. The firm's products are used for hedge funds and other investment firms to measure risk. New Europe Venture Equity (NEVEQ) is a venture capital firm based in Sofia, Bulgaria. More information »
