First Data Corp. said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Bellevue, Washington-based Intelligent Results. Intelligent Results is a provider of data analytics and decision management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Intelligent Results is venture backed by Ignition Partners, Menlo Ventures, and OVP.
