Fluke Acquires eMaint Enterprises

Everett, Washington-based electronic test instruments and software developer Fluke Corporation said Friday that it has acquired eMaint Enterprises, a developer of computerized maintenance management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. eMaint Enterprises has operations in Florida, New Jersey, and Ireland. Fluke said eMaint is used in the food processing, healthcare, facilities, fleet, services, manufacturing, and and other industries.
