Flying Fish Partners Raising $80M Venture Fund

Flying Fish, a brand new venture capital investment fund in Seattle, has raised $23M as part of an $80M fundraising effort, the firm disclosed this week. The firm is led by Partners Geoff Harris, Heather Redman, and Frank Chang. Harris was an executive at Microsoft, and also is an active Seattle angel investor; Redman has served at AtomShockwave, Getty Images, PhotoDisc, Indix Corporation, and Summit Power Group; and Chang was at Amazon and Microsoft. Redman also serves on the board of the Washington Technology Inudstry Association (WTIA), along with a number of other groups focused on entrepreneurship in the area.
