Frazier Healthcare Partners Raises $525M Growth Buyout Fund

Seattle-based healthcare investor Frazier Healthcare Partners says it has closed a new, $525M fund, focused on investing in growth and buyout opportunities in the lower, middle market. According to Frazier, the fund its is first in the segment. Frazier said the fund will focus exclusively on profitable, healthcare companies. LPs in the new fund come from endowments, public/private pension funds, and other financial institutions. Frazier said the new fund will look towards buyouts, recapitalizations or corporate carve-outs of companies with between $5 million and $40 million of EBITDA in selectively targeted healthcare sectors.
