Austin, Texas-based Austin Ventures has purchased Seattle-based All Star Directories, a publisher of online education directories. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Austin Ventures said that the acquisition would allow All Star to fully capitalize on its position in the educational lead-generation market. All Star Directories was advised by DeSilva + Phillips in the deal.
