Condo Shopping Site Debuts New Look, Features
CondoCompare.com, a Web site for researching, buying and selling condominiums, unveiled its Web 2.0-enhanced Web site Tuesday. The Seattle-based business claims that it is the only real estate Web site that enables consumers to search and compare condo buildings and condo units, using criteria such as neighborhood, price, amenities, size, cost per square-foot and user-generated comments and ratings. CondoCompare.com currently covers the Seattle and Portland markets and plans to expand to California, Texas, Nevada, Colorado and Utah later this year. A national rollout is slated for next year, the company said. Founded in May 2007, CondoCompare.com counts angel group the Keiretsu Forum as an investor.
